Apply to HR & Sales Ops Senior Admin

About the role

SRED.io is a fast-growing fintech startup, and we're looking for a Senior Administrator to own the systems that keep our Sales and HR teams running. You'll be the go-to person for our sales engagement stack, our HR systems, and the data that flows between them.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting the most out of software. You'll lead our move from Outreach to Salesloft, put AI features to real use, and make sure every onboarding and offboarding meets our SOC 2 standards.

What you'll do: Sales Operations

• Maximize our AI tools. Learn, implement, and manage every AI feature in Outreach so the sales team gets full value from the platform.
• Lead the Outreach to Salesloft migration. Plan and run the project end to end, including scoping, timelines, data mapping, testing, cutover, and user training.
• Stay ahead of product updates. Review all vendor release notes and roll out new features that improve how the team works.
• Protect data integrity. Monitor and maintain the Salesforce integration so records stay accurate, complete, and in sync.
• Automate backups. Set up and maintain automated backups of sales engagement and CRM data.
• Connect third-party data. Integrate external data sources into our sales stack and keep those connections reliable.

What you'll do: HR Operations

• Own our HR systems. Administer and maintain our ATS and HRIS, keeping data clean and workflows running smoothly.
• Build custom reports. Create reports and dashboards that give leadership clear, accurate people data.
• Onboard new hires onto our tools. Set up accounts, access, and training across our systems so new employees are productive from day one.
• Keep onboarding and offboarding SOC 2 compliant. Follow every documented step for granting and revoking access, and keep the records that prove it.
• Partner with Accounting. Work closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
• Support Finance. Help maintain and update accounting spreadsheets as needed.

What you'll do: Systems & Project Management

• Manage the Jira backlog. Triage, prioritize, and track Jira tickets for Sales and HR operations, and keep the backlog organized and moving.

What you bring

Required

• Extreme attention to detail; you catch the small errors others miss.
• A smart, logical, and highly organized approach to work.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Outreach, Salesloft, or a similar sales engagement platform.
• Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience administering an ATS and HRIS.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or other compliance frameworks.
• Experience running a software migration or systems implementation project.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with Jira.
