Recruitment and Headhunting Leader

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in talent acquisition, direct sourcing, and relationship-building, with a proven ability to attract high-performing professionals across both sales and technology functions. You will play a critical role in shaping our team and driving the continued growth and success of the organization.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

• A natural aptitude for sales and relationship-building, with a strong understanding of the characteristics that define top-performing sales professionals.

• Experience recruiting for both sales and software development roles, including a solid understanding of modern software development principles, technologies, and frameworks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting, with a track record of identifying and hiring senior-level and hard-to-find talent.

• A well-established professional network and strong presence within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) talent market.

• Consistent success in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and attracting top-tier candidates in competitive markets.

Work Environment

We currently operate as a fully remote organization. As we continue to grow, we will be transitioning to a hybrid work environment that includes both remote and in-office collaboration.
