We’re looking for a Technical Success Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. This role focuses on improving how features move from idea to release — including strengthening our automated QA processes and exploring AI-driven testing.
You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to write clear Jira tickets, improve workflows, and ensure features ship reliably.

You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to write clear Jira tickets, improve workflows, and ensure features ship reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Work with engineers and product teams to write and refine Jira tickets, clarify requirements, and move features through the development process.
- Improve our automated QA testing setup, increasing coverage and reducing flaky tests.
- Explore ways to incorporate AI tools into testing and development workflows.
- Turn real product issues or edge cases into repeatable automated tests.
- Help improve release reliability, testing processes, and developer feedback loops.
- Identify operational or technical friction points and help streamline them.
- Experience working with engineering teams in a technical or QA-focused role.
- Comfortable working in Jira and developer workflows.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Curiosity about using AI to improve engineering workflows.
- Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
- Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience improving QA automation or developer processes in a startup environment.
