Senior Devops Engineer
Toronto, OntarioWe’re looking for a high-performance Senior DevOps Engineer who knows how to build, scale, and secure cloud-native systems. More than just maintenance, we need a hands-on pro who thrives on automation, uptime, and speed.

- Architect and optimize AWS-based infrastructure for microservices (Lambda, ECS, etc.)
- Design and manage secure, efficient deployment pipelines and development environments, implementing CI/CD workflows in Bitbucket with integrated automated testing and QA
- Take ownership of all supporting DevOps tools in the workflow, such as Snyk, Redis, and similar technologies
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
- Oversee a team of 15 developers, managing workload allocation and prioritization of tasks in Jira to ensure efficient project delivery
- Occasionally serve as a technical liaison for client CTOs on advanced platform integration projects
- A Computer Science graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Highly experienced (5+ years) in DevOps or cloud engineering
- An AWS Professional with up-to-date certification
- Very familiar with Elastic Container Services, including AWS Fargate and monitoring and auditing services such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail
- An expert in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, with an advanced understanding of NoSQL architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques, including those available in MongoDB Atlas
- Skilled in Atlassian tools
- Obsessed with uptime, efficiency, and clean deployments
- Located in Toronto, Ontario and willing to work in a hybrid work model out of our office downtown.
